Start your free trial

Every new workspace starts with a 14-day free trial with Business features. You don't need a card to start. Add one at any time to lift the trial's limits, or choose a plan straight away.

Create your account

  1. On callforges.com, click Start Free Trial. If you're on the sign-in page, click Create an account.
  2. Fill in First name, Last name, Work email, Username, Password and Workspace name. The workspace is where your team, numbers and calls live, so most people use their company name.
  3. Click Create account.
  4. On Check your email, type the code we sent you and click Verify and create account. If it hasn't arrived, click Resend code.

You can also click Continue with Google at the top of the form. CallForges then opens your new workspace, and you are its Owner.

Use your work email. A personal email address is refused with "Use your work email — this address can't be used to sign up."

What the trial includes

  • 14 days with Business features, counted from the day you create the workspace.
  • One free local number in the US, the UK, Canada or Australia. You pick it yourself: see Buy a phone number.
  • 50 outbound and 50 inbound minutes. They are counted separately, so when one runs out, the other keeps working.
  • Calls of up to 5 minutes each. In the last minute, the call timer counts down.
  • Calls to and from the US, Canada, the UK and Australia.
  • Transcripts of calls on your trial minutes, with nothing deducted from your credits.

What waits for a card or a plan

  • Inviting teammates. The invite dialog says Upgrade to invite teammates.
  • Adding credits, calls to other countries and calls longer than 5 minutes.
  • Incoming calls the trial can't cover, such as callers from other countries or with a hidden number. They aren't put through, and Call History marks them Blocked during your trial.
  • Campaigns. The Campaigns page says Campaigns start with your plan. They turn on when your plan starts.

Add a card to lift the limits

Owners and admins can do this.

  1. Open Billing in the sidebar. On Overview, the Plan details card shows Free trial and the days left.
  2. Click Add a card.
  3. In Choose your plan, pick Monthly or Annually and the plan your workspace moves to when the trial ends. Click Continue.
  4. Fill in your billing details and click Continue.
  5. Click Save card and enter your card on the payment page.

We check your card with a small authorisation that is refunded at once. The trial's limits lift as soon as the card is saved: no 5-minute limit, calls to any country, up to 5 numbers, invites and credits. Calls beyond the trial minutes, and calls to other countries, are paid from credits.

Your plan starts when the trial ends, and your card is charged then. Until that day, the banner reads "Your plan starts on" with the date.

Start your plan now

To end the trial early and start paying today, click Subscribe now in Plan details. You can also open Billing → Pricing and click Choose Starter, Choose Business or Choose Scale. The last step shows the Amount due today. Click Confirm and pay. See Plans and seats for how plans and seats are charged.

See what's left

  • The banner at the top of every page shows the days left in your trial.
  • Billing → Usage balance shows your outbound and inbound trial minutes and how many you've used.
  • For a quick look, click Credits in the sidebar, then View usage balance.

When the trial ends

  • With a card: your plan starts, your card is charged for your seats, and campaigns turn on. If the charge doesn't go through, the invoice waits on Billing → Invoices with Pay now.
  • Without a plan: the banner says "Your trial has ended — choose a plan to keep using CallForges." Calls and campaigns are paused and incoming calls aren't put through. You can still sign in, and your contacts and call history are kept. Owners and admins land on Billing → Pricing to choose a plan.
  • Your numbers: Phone Numbers shows the date they will be released. Choose a plan before then to keep them.
