Hang up.
It's ringing.

The next contact rings as soon as the last call ends. Voicemail? Drop your recording in one click and keep going.

Best for outreach blocks, event follow-ups and big lists.

Parallel dialer

Ring several.
Talk to one.

The dialer rings several contacts at the same time and connects you to the first person who answers.

Best for large lists where most calls go unanswered.

Dialer questions.

What is an auto dialer?

An auto dialer calls the numbers on your list for you. In Callforges, a rep starts a session and the dialer rings each contact in turn. When the call ends, the rep logs the outcome and the next contact rings.

What's the difference between power and parallel dialing?

Power dialing rings one contact at a time and calls the next as soon as the last call ends. Parallel dialing rings several contacts at once and connects you to the first person who answers.

Which plans include the auto dialer?

Business ($29 per user per month, billed annually, or $39 monthly) and Scale ($45 annually, $59 monthly). Scale adds dialer campaigns with custom retry rules. The free trial includes Business features.

Do dialer calls use my free minutes?

Yes. Auto dialer calls use minutes the same way as manual calls: calls to and from the US, Canada, UK and Australia use your plan's free minutes first, then bill per minute. See the fair usage policy.

Who is responsible for calling rules and consent?

You are. Calling windows help you call inside working hours, but consent, calling-hour and do-not-call rules differ by country, and following them is your responsibility under our Terms.

Can I bring my numbers and lists?

Yes. Import lists from CSV or your CRM. We port your numbers for you, including during your free trial. Porting a US number costs $10.
